The Commission on Palliative and End of Life Care is reviewing the national strategies of the UK. It is already clear that the significant gaps in provision are resulting in too many people not having access to Palliative Care and for those that do, it is coming far too late, and even then there are significant insufficiencies in services. Please submit your experiences for consideration via the button below.​

  • Help with any urgent care needs. Please go to the NHS website, call your GP, 111 or 999 as required.

  • Provide a substitute for existing complaint procedures for GP's, Hospital PALS (Patient Advice Liaison Services)
